Athletes often spend a lot of time focusing on certain parts of their bodies while other parts get neglected. I have worked worked extensively with many different athletes over the years – both male and female, and have noticed this trend. Yoga is about balance and it’s my goal to bring that to them both in their bodies and their minds.

Grab a couple of teammates and come loosen up, get strong and learn some fun tricks along the way! Each class is catered to the athlete’s needs at the time.
